This menu is an ideal option to add for all day catering events such as a wedding evening reception and corporate events

Formal catering, tea and coffee

Knife-and-Fork
If you wish to have formal plates and stainless steel cutlery, the charge per head is £1.50.

We also offer cup and saucer hire with unlimited tea and coffee at £2.50 per head. Alternatively £1.50 per head in disposable cups.

 

Canapés and Starters?

Our canapés are a perfect compliment to your wedding reception:

• Blinis with cream cheese and oak smoked salmon

• Mini individual quiches

• Open roll with smoked pork loin

• Duck Spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip

Our starter course comprises:

• French toast with Brussels pâté and salad garnish

• French toast with Hummus and salad garnish

Optional extras can be added to any menu, eg. Moroccan couscous. If you have ideas of your own we will be glad to discuss with you.

How about a Cheese Board?

Add a cheeseboard with a selection of organic cheeses, grapes and crackers. These cheeses are handmade and produced in the Pennine hills above Todmorden and Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire.

Cheeses available are a camembert style, a soft blue, a cheddar style, a paneer/halloumi style and others. Unless specifically requested we select from their range based on the most popular varieties for your event.

If you do have any vegetarian/special dietary requests, please do not hesitate to ask.

Inside or outside?

We have 3m x 3m gazebos with which we work within and serve you and your guests from. We are able to work inside, space and access permitting. Please see our terms and conditions with regards to space and access required.
